When we started our business in 1898, a car was a rare sight and coachbuilding meant just that - one of the Company’s first orders was for horse-drawn milk floats for the Co-op!

The advent of the internal combustion engine produced a growing demand for specialised vehicle bodywork and repairs, the Kettering business becoming renowned for its efficiency in rectifying damage caused by the increasing number of conflicts on the County’s roads.

After more than 100 years of trading, our range of services and supplies now covers the whole field of automotive body and repair operations and is regularly offered to local, national and international customers of all sizes.
